About us

Surgeon Hatice Aktan was born in Mersin in 1965. She completed her primary and secondary education in Izmir. In 1983, she graduated from Karsiyaka Gazi High School. In 1989, she also graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine.

She served in the tuberculosis dispensary in Karacabey in Bursa for 1 year from 1989 to 1990 before her compulsory duty. She specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Izmir Ataturk Training and Research Hospital between 1990 and 1995.

She established and worked in Izmir Cesme Alper Cizgenakat Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic between 1995 and 1997. She was awarded a certificate of high achievement as a result of her 2-year of work.

She worked in Izmir Konak Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital for 1 year from 1997 to 1998. In 1998, she resigned from the public hospital and started to work as a full-time freelance physician.

From 1995 to 2005, she attended national and international Advanced Obstetrics and Gynecology Ultrasound Course and congresses, and received certificates.

She graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Health Facilities Management between 2001 and 2003. She completed Anadolu University Faculty of Photography and Videography between 2008 and 2012.

In 2016, she started working on Sex Therapy and Vaginismus and received a title of “Sex Therapist”.

She participated in national and international training in Aesthetic Genital Surgery in 2017 and received the title of Aesthetic Genital Surgery Specialist approved by ISSAGS (International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery and Sexology). Surgeon Hatice Aktan has been actively working at Kadomer Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic since 1995. She has two sons. Her foreign language is English.
